At AIKES, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and discreetly. Our fulfillment team ensures that all orders are processed and shipped promptly.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States & Canada: 5–7 business days
  • Europe (incl. UK): 5–7 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 6–9 business days
  • Southeast Asia: 7–10 business days
  • Other International Regions: 7–12 business days depending on location

Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $69
  • Orders under $69: flat-rate shipping fee based on destination, calculated at checkout
  • Expedited shipping options available at additional cost

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy. No logos, labels, or product descriptions appear on the outer packaging.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, we follow strict hygiene standards. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

  • Items with manufacturing defects or damage upon arrival are eligible for return or exchange
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been opened or used

This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers, and complies with international health regulations for intimate goods.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us via email at support@example.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and a clear photo/video showing the issue
  3. Wait for confirmation and return authorization from our customer care team
  4. Ship the product back using the provided return address

Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.


Additional Information

  • Customs or import taxes may apply depending on your location; these are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We are not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure or customs clearance.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and offer a resolution accordingly.
